We've actually seen that deer/elk in a couple places in the gameplay video (Crestwood area).

Are those Brontos? I noticed them in the PAX demo as well. My immediate impulse was to go over and fight them for loots, so hopefully that's as option.

Yeah, I've also wondered if they were a redesigned bronto or maybe some surfacer cousin to it.
