They sad they'll TRY, since any content on consoles needs aproval from the console manufacturer the best they will be able to do is release some kind of compelations from time to time,,, if they are lucky enough.

I was aware of that, but that's hardly a confirmation.

PC all the way. I just bought a new system since my old one didn't meet the minimun requirements. I now have an AMD 9500 quad 2.3 CPU with 4 GB RAM and a NVIDA 260 GPU. I plan on going to Windows 7 next week so let hope it all goes well. :)

I'll be running it on my laptop. It's, of course, on the lower end of the spectrum for running it (Dual Core 2.0ghz, 4gb RAM, Nvidia 8600M GT), but I want the toolset, and I'm not overly concerned about cranking up graphical quality. My desktop is considerably older, and it's simply out of the question here. The 360? Ehh... I'll shortly be transitioning to my 6th one in 2 years as soon as the graphics finally go for good on this one.

Exactly. The previouse post stated it like it was a done deal, when in fact it's nothing solid yet, and even if it happens consoles woun't get the full range and choice of content.

PC - better visuals and more tactical control options make it a no-brainer for me. I even upgraded my rig for this game. Well, I used it an excuse to upgrade my rig.

Definitely for my PC. Sure, I haven't actually bought a PS3 yet (and never plan on buying an Xbox) but I'd still buy it for the PC. Controllers work brilliantly with, e.g., Japanese RPGs but for this I want keyboard and mouse, and the tactical view of course.

You have to drive characters to their destinations on comnsole; you can't just click on them and click on the ground . The click on the ground system makes it far easier to position multiple characters at once, vital if you like to use rogues and mages, and combined with the zoom out feature it really does allow for better battlefield awareness. and response. The quickbar also has far more buttons than can be easily programmed onto a controller plus each action or item has an icon so I don't have to remember if firebale is Left Bumper + X or just X.

The ability to select and move multiple members of your party simultaneously is definitely a tactical feature that the consoles are lacking.

Getting mine for PC. When you have a crazy-powerful jesus computer, it tends to make games look a bit prettier than on consoles...

PC - though I now have no reservations about suggesting to my friends, who do not have the PC capability, to get on Xbox. Dragon Age is just a must buy for someone who is craving an old school RPG.

clicking the ground you could just send your guy over a trap
so could work against you
besides we havent seen the extent we could program the ai so maybe no need for that
all moves can be used for x box*pause and play for a reason*
we can cycle through using x y b and a bumper and we can map it they way we want
also the wheel
and even on the x y b they have icons next to them

I'm sure you were "aware" of that.
That's why you didn't point out my mistake when you first read my post.
Pfffft, Nice save. ( Not )
