A few of the games on the list interest me but I already knew about most of them sadly. Xenoblade is only on the new 3DS btw.

Glad i waited on picking up a 3DS, the New 3DS seems like a major improvement(previous 3DS owners get shafted big time though). Hopefully Xenoblade 3DS makes it way stateside in the near future(i remember Nintendo needed some convincing to release it in the west)

They should fire whoever comes up these names for their hardware. Seriously New 3DS/3DS XL? Havent they learned anything from the Wii U(granted the system @ the moment is now picking up steam but the console release was luke warm at best.) Super 3DS would have been alot better, all this does is add more confusion.

If you think about it, the reason why the New 3DS is called New 3DS is because it's much more powerful, it has better technology and it will support Amiibo.

Except some games are going to be exclusive to the new 3DS making the whole DS, DS lite, DSI, 3DS, 3DS XL, and 2DS thing even more confusing than ever. They should have just made it a new handheld if the 3DS is so goddamn weak.

I kinda wanted them to make a New 2DS.

 

I really like the balance compared to the 3DS and XL, I don't really care for the 3D, and honestly it'd be pretty nice if I could have a N3DS in the shape of a 2DS

I'm not happy about the 'new' 3DS, granted I haven't actually touched my old 3DS in months and I don't see myself going near it any time in the near future but it's the principle of the thing. Now that the new 3DS has a more powerful processor than the old 3DS we are going to see more and more games that will only work on the new 3DS. Nintendo should have just created a brand new handheld console in order to avoid all the obvious consumer confusion that's bound to follow in the immediate future.

The 3DS has actually been rather dry on games lately. I haven't touched the thing since I finished bravely default so besides maybe  

Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright there's nothing of real interest to play if you've gone through the entire backlog.

 

At least persona Q, Fantasy life, Bravely second, Forbidden manga and project steam are in the works and I guess smash if you're into that.

This New 3DS is kinda pissing me off a bit, considering I have a regular 3DS already. I hope this doesn't mean they're gonna start supporting it once the newer version comes out.

3DS is in a drought atm. I haven't touched mine in a while. The new 3DS is nice, but they need to have more game on the system. The only games I'm looking forward to is Pokemon and Smash Bros.

The last 3DS games that I bought were Bravely Default which came out on December 6th 2013 and Zelda: A Link Between Worlds and which came out in November 22nd 2013. Bravely default is still in its plastic wrapper and I lost interest in Link between worlds after finishing 1 dungeon.

The 3DS has an incredible library of games, I can't and won't deny that but I have long ago reached the stage of my life where I am to old to play games on a portable gaming system. I'm to old to be seen in public playing DS, 3DS and Vita games so all of my handheld gaming is done from the privacy of my own home, the problem however is that once I'm home my time and my efforts are better spent playing games on the home consoles ( I do own a PS3, a PS4, a XBox One and a Wii U ). I much rather enjoy the gaming experience on a big screen in a High Definition than being slumped over and getting a pain in my neck from staring at a small screen in my hand.

We already know that. It doesn't make the name any less stupid and confusing. I figured nintendo would have learned this lesson from the WII U and how many people thought it was just an accessory and not a new console.
