i'm on my third playthrough, and I've gotten some weird glitches, and I'm curious if anyone knows how to get around or fix them.
In
the mission where you resolve the dispute between the hanar and the
c-sec officer, I resolved it by siding with the officer, and it still
has the mission marker and says "inform the officer" but there is no
officer. he's not there at all. This has never happened before.
In
the "scan the keepers" mission, the keeper in the Elcor/Volus embassy
isn't there either. The last time I had this glitch, it was still
selectable, but still wasn't visually there.This time, there is no
selection option, and no keeper.
That is all so far, but we'll see what the rest of the playthrough brings. Any ideas on how to fix these glitches so far?
Weird Glitches, any help would be great.

The missing keepers has happened to me several times. Once in the same place yours is missing, and a few times in the alley where you first met Tali. Sorry but I could never fix that - I believe the keepers are spawning below the floor and falling off the map.
As to the Hanar mission, have you tried resolving it by speaking with the Hanar?

As for the Keepers that ghost out on you... especially the one in the embassy... if you leave usually the citadell then when you come back it will respawn there again, same with the alley if i remember correctly. the hanar thing hasnt happened to me (yet)

Well that's pretty much how I did it, I told him to bugger off and then he left, and appairently the c-sec officer did too, because he's not there, just the marker where he should be. so there's nobody there.kaff33nd wrote..

I did the "leave and come back" thing to get the keeper back, that worked, but the c-sec officer never came back. I had to finish the game to import the character in to mass effect 2, but even at the end, the marker remained with no officer.
