The icons beneath our avatar are just for a quick link to the webpages associate with those games, so there isn't one for Mass Effect 2 for there wasn't a portal for it.

The only registration happens when the site checks your Origin account automatically for the games you own. They show up on your games tab. There is no more ME2 icon that shows up below your avatar.
