Seems to be my potential GOTY and I'm so hyped for it. It's been 4 years since Rocksteady released a game.
Hopefully there won't be any bad trilogy ending which wants to be all "deep" to screw me over with.

I look forward to all the creative, brutal, and implausibly non-lethal ways Batman will defeat his enemies in Arkham Knight.

I'm actually surprised breaking every bone in a body doesn't count as a kill for Batman. Since I doubt they'll ever be able to walk again and such.
But hey! They are still alive. So Batman can pat himself on the shoulder each night ![]()
Well Batman has been known to paralyze henchmen from the neck down and still consider it all in a days work.
Funny how he never does that to arch villains though ![]()

Batman understands the value of comic book sales.

While I'm still not keen on the art direction for this game, the recent trailer definitely has me more interested in seeing what the game has to offer. It at the very least convinced me that it may actually be as good as it should be.
The "Gotham is Mine" Trailer
YUUUUSSSS

I'm glad they released a new trailer for it, I was starting to worry about it getting delayed again. It looks like Croc really did a number on Scarecrow!
There's a code on the left side of the gif:

Does anyone have any idea what "c Ren3n3 N2Jn3tjHn2" means? I can sort of see Jonathan Crane in the code.
Nice to see the focus on Scarcrow. I hope Joker stays out of this game.
Though I can't help but worry about a hamfisted attempt to shove more Troy Baker down our throats.

Perhaps we'll have flashbacks to Batman fighting the Red Hood gang? I certainly wouldn't mind seeing the "Joker" again before he even was the Joker.

Yeah, my body is ready.
Summer will be spent by visiting the beach during the day, and becoming the night during... night.

I remember playing Arkham City almost till dusk-time. Looks like I'll be doing the same thing with this game.

Arkham Knight and Two Face is voiced by Troy Baker, so yes, Troy Baker is going to be shoved down our throats. ![]()
I always loved the the sound effect after you finish a fight, it reminds me of Law and Order.
Dispensing "justice" never felt so good.

Sorry, couldn't help myself.

I don't mind Two Face, since he played him in Arkham City and back then Troy Baker wasn't as famous.
But I do dislike the fact that he also voices the Arkham Knight ![]()

Me too, possible implications of him being the Joker and all that. ![]()
I still think the Arkham Knight is Dick Grayson or another Robin scorned though.
Its nitpicky sure but there are still some pretty funny ones as well.
I think he said "to hell with the rules" when the city was about to get nuked and everyone was going to die.
It's worth noting that he stopped being Batman after that point, maybe he felt he was no longer worthy of the mantle or that he had tainted it by killing? I'm probably reading into it too much and he just wanted a way out.

Or there's a simpler reason here.

Well as we all know, Batman has flaws. Him being a self righteous ****** is one of them
Hey, hey, he also has his pros.

As much as the Joker is a good villain I hope he isn't the main villain in AK as there are plenty of Batman villain's that deserve their moment in the spotlight. That being said I wouldn't mind him showing up in flashbacks or scare-crow hallucinations.
