Batman: Arkham Knight? More like Batman: Arkham Blight, amirite?
But, yeah, I'll probably hold off for the GOTY Edition.
More like:
Batman: Arkham "40% complete edition you'll need to pay for the season pass and future - already completed - DLC to unlock features already on the disc which should be included in the game or you can just wait for the Batman: Arkham Ultimate Super Zuber Uber Awesome Complete Finished Gold Black White Batman Knight Full Game of the Year Edition a year later instead of purchasing this edition and also you need to install the day one 20GB patch to play this version" Knight.
Yeah I'll wait for the Batman: Arkham Ultimate Super Zuber Uber Awesome Complete Finished Gold Black White Batman Knight Full Game of the Year Edition a year from now even though it sounds like a dodgy torrent file.

I was thinking of waiting for it to go on sale.
As much as I love bat girl, that price is pretty steep for me as well.
bedsides, i am more hyped for the Harley Quinn DLC pack. I have been waiting to play as her for ages.
I am also really excited for that Scarecrow DLC..........too bad its a console exclusive -___-
I'm just worried about having the plot spoiled for me, especially the Arkham Knight and whether or not Batman dies (I don't think he will, but I do think he might break his no kill rule).

John Noble as Scarecrow?
I'm sold.
Edit:
I still find it disconcerting that they keep going "The Batmobile is awesome guys".

Here's the "All Who Follow You" trailer breakdown straight from Rocksteady...
And the identity of Batgirl...

This timeline doesn't make much sense to me since the release of Arkham Origins if Batgirl is indeed Barbara Gordon. Oh well, would have preferred Stephanie
Although, if it dictates the events of the Killing Joke, where the Joker cripples her, then that could be interesting. If that's the case then I really hope it won't be Baker's Joker..
Also, the new voice of Scarecrow sounds generic to me, still prefer the old one, do like the idea of Jonathan Banks as Gordon though.

It's a prequel to the story of Arkham Knight, though presumably this means it'll take place before Arkham Asylum as well -- But it doesn't make much sense to me when one considers Arkham Origins supposedly only taking place a short while before Arkham Asylum.

Well, it's not that bad considering that these are the previous voices for Scarecrow.

All I'm saying is that Crane's voice in Arkham Asylum fits the picture I had of the character quite perfectly. He sounds maniacal and incredibly creepy, especially in those interview tapes in the first game which is good, he's not Lord Sauron or a giant Dragon as Noble's voice make him come off as.
I don't get the whole deal with all these recasts lately, it's probably a Warner Bros. thing, shove as many big names inside your game as you can get away with, which is what they usually do with their animated stuff as of late. Kimberly Brooks was fine as Barbara Gordon, and Tara Strong is no Harley Quinn (still don't get the deal with that). But all things considered, I'll live as long as Kevin Conroy is back as Batman.

I'm guessing getting mauled by Croc sobered him up a bit.
A possible in-universe explanation for the voice change is the surgery that Hush gave him when trying to restore his face. Croc really did a number on Scarecrow. I hope Scarecrow drinks some modified Titan toward the end of the game and we get a bad*** Scarebeast fight.

Dino Andrade's voice was only great during the interview tapes. Outside of those his voice has altered because of his toxin, but that only made him seem comical.
I do know that John Noble has a great range for sounding threatening/creepy so I'm not to opposed to his voice as I was before I found out he was playing him. Henry Polic II's voice was actually more "dragonish" when he voiced Scarecrow during BAS. I'm not even going to comment on the versions before that. ![]()
Jeffery Combs voice was decent enough for The New Batman Adventures. I never really liked Cilian Murphy's portrayal in the Dark Knight Trilogy. Dee Bradley Baker's voice doesn't really fit the character. but then I never watched Batman: The Brave and the Bold so it may have fit that setting a bit more. Corey Burton's performance is pretty similar to Andrade's altered voice, and Christopher S Field's voice just doesn't really make Scarecrow seem threatening in DCUO.

It sounds incredibly generic to me -- Gruff, deep Brian Blessed inspired voice is not how I picture Scarecrow. The one in Arkham Asylum was threatening in the right way, while sounding very much like a mad-doctor. We don't need all of Batman's rogue gallery to sound like your average edgy burly white dudes. In retrospect; I'm not really digging most of Warner's decisions in terms voice actors lately.

Hah, we definitely don't need any more Titan bullocks in Arkham -- No more of that Resident Evil nonsense that renders any actual intimidating traits of the villains moot to predictable Saturday morning cartoon villainy.

The entire map is copy pasted Arkham City, with maybe a few new areas which are at best uninspired copy-pasted terrain as well, with little effort put into it. The new gadgets are meh, don't really care for the writing either, certain story and/or plot elements of the game doesn't add up with the continuity of Arkham Asylum and hissy-fit Chris Red-I mean Batman irritates me quite a bit, and I'm not big on Troy Baker as the Joker.
But basically, if anyone wanted more of Arkham City then I suppose it'll serve just fine as that.

The only thing that Origins really hold over the previous games is Batman's suit design.
So much beter then what he wears in Asylum and City.
