Looks exactly the same as the one from Origins - Which is weird chronologically.-New batsuit
Aw, nuts.- Tara Strong as Harley Quinn
Excellent-No multiplayer
Not Hush? Really hope they tie up that loose end.-A new, entirely original villain for Batman

Finished Arkham Asylum and Arkham City, never played Arkham Origins and I don't own any of the current gen consoles. Guess I'll get it, eventually; probably when it costs $20-$30 or part of a Batman Arkham collection.

You get to play as Harley? Ah, great, get to hear Tara Strong's annoying impression of Arleen Sorkin all day then. Would have preferred Catwoman again. :/
Unless it's just the challenge maps. Why no Batgirl, Rocksteady? Anyway, I know this is Rocksteady we are talking about but the fact that it's apparently releasing only a year after Origins has me in stitches. I'm gonna assume they've been working on the game longer than that and we get to play a polished inovative NEW experience this time.
Rocksteady didn't develop Origins, it was developed by Warner Bros. Games Montréal.

I realize that - Which is why I said "I'm gonna assume they've been working on this for a while". Given that it is announced so soon after Origins makes it worrisome as you can imagine. Rocksteady is fantastic, but no game developer is perfect. The fact they use the same design of the Bat-suit as in Origins also has me in stitches. I kinda like it though (being one of the only things I liked about that game). However, it just feels a bit weird in terms of the games chronology. I hope sincerely this game has improved a lot/ evolved a lot from Arkham City and it doesn't have as many villains as that game because it turned the story into a mess.Rocksteady didn't develop Origins, it was developed by Warner Bros. Games Montréal.

That idea is basically what Origins became.I was still under the impression Rocksteady were developing a game set with Batman's first encounter with the Joker and it would have featured a few members from Justice League. Seems they decided to scrap that idea and develop the sequel instead.

Play as Harley?
The batmobile?
No multiplayer?
Nuff said.

Saw the trailer and I'm kind of disappointed in the Batsuit and Batmobile redesign. I hope there is a story explanation for the changes because it feels like an entirely different Batman game without the Asylum/City suit and 90's inspired Batmobile.

That's what I thought - But apparently "Batman begins with his traditional Arkham City suite but gets a darker plated one later in the game. It adds new abilities and has continuity with the look of the Batmobile"Saw the trailer and I'm kind of disappointed in the Batsuit and Batmobile redesign. I'm excited. Still need to play Arkham City, even though I have played Asylum and Origins. Enjoyed both quite a lot.

That's good, never liked the old suit. It made him look like an extremely beefed up dude instead of looking like proper Dark Knight armor. I also hope they'll fix the annoying arm spikes clipping through the cape issue all Arkham games have.

I actually kinda agree with this - I won't miss the suit too much, but it is weird how the Batmobile doesn't look the way it did in Origins. It looks more like Bale's Batmobile, which I thought was kinda shite. But yeah. That's good, never liked the old suit. I remember back when WB announced Arkham Origins and it became common knowledge that Kevin Conroy wasn't voicing Batman in that game, a few weeks later Kevin Conroy said he was doing the voice of Batman in new game that wasn't Arkham Origins but he could not say anymore. My guess is that Rocksteady have been working on this game for a while.

Honestly, they don't look similar at all to me. Bale's looks more like an a APC. Besides, it makes sense that Bats would upgrade his machine. Or build a new one since the last one ended up in the sea after knocking Croc into it back in Arkham Asylum.

I find the new Batmobile to be a bit tanky in its design as well which made me think of the Bale version -- Going back to the reason for it. It is true that he knocked the damn thing into the sea, but he was driving around in it in the prequel Arkham City comics as far as I remember.Honestly, they don't look similar at all to me.
