I know the Keep isn't done yet and that we don't know what details it will all contain, but this topic is to ballpark what our intended backstories are when going into DAI. Feel free to provide as many or as few details as you want, and feel free to discuss other peoples' picks.

I can't really make a list without knowing what the keep will ask, I just hope that there will be as many questions as possible once the Keep is out, regardless if they'll matter in the game or not. It'd make each world state feel more personal this way.

I'm hoping the keep will have some way of reading our saves (at least on PC) to generate the list that way. Trying to remember 12+ playthroughs, especially which DA:O playthroughs were imported into DA2 is going to be a pain otherwise. I better get started on a list of my own. More likely a spreadsheet.

So far they've said that the Keep is the only way to personalize the world state of your playthrough, so starting on a list sounds like a good idea ;D

No matter how many times I replay DA:I, I'll keep to the same background. It's how I go about things; I only experiment with the world state in the current game, and the character I liked best (which happened to be my first character in both cases) in the previous two games is set. So, the new character may be doomed to inherit a mildly messed up world, because the Warden and Hawke really didn't agree on... anything. Okay, one thing. They both had a hatred for slavers. That's about it.

Zemariel Tabris, male City Elf rogue (assassin/duelist/legionnaire scout)
-Chaotic Good type with some occasional moral slips, generally friendly

 - Intimidated the Desire demon into giving him more power and leaving Connor for good.

 - Let Jowan go.

 - Saved the mages.

 - Broke Zathrian's curse.

 - Relationship with Morrigan.

 - Alistair is King. Anora is doing other stuff.

 - Anvil is destroyed.

 - Shale was reactivated and did not squish my mage.
