PC haxor. I'd say report him, only BW has stopped doing ban waves. So there's really nothing to do

I'm not gonna report him, he's not hurting anyone as far as I'm concerned.

You can send an email to me3mpcheaters@bioware.com to cover yourself.  Nothing will happen.      I once got 600 mio credits from a hacked game and informed BW.  They acknowledged receipt of my email and to-date, the credits are still in my account.
