- Wow. Would be a pretty big bomb after they left it in the dark despite all the people asking for it.
- Kinda answered already, isn't it? We see everything rebuilt.
- Would also be already answered. If Shepard lives they are dead. In the other endings they seem to be at peace with organics.
- Is there a problem? I thought they completely dropped the whole dark energy plot.
- Shepard's survival was almost certainly 'left in the dark' as a necessity of portraying Destroy as roughly equal to the other two choices. If Shepard had clearly survived, it would have been far too clear of a message that Destroy was the 'right' choice. If Destroy is canonized anyway, that's no longer a concern.
- Yes, obviously the galaxy is not going to be in a 'Dark Age' for all eternity. But there's still a range of questions concerned when and how. As of right now, we really don't have any clue as to the state of the galaxy in the years following the endings.
- Not at all. Even if all AIs are dead, they aren't going to stay that way. Mass Effect is not just going to abandon that element. So there's questions to be answered on their relationship with organics after the endings, how they're rebuilt if they're gone for good at all, their status as citizens, etc. I seriously doubt the geth are just going to be gone from the series for good.
- Maybe. Maybe not.
