The painful deaths thread inspires this one since all the ways I can think of are ignominious and shameful (but the revives are pretty easy at least).

 

1) Swarmers

2) Ravager goo

3) Boss DOT attack (Banshee warp ball, Atlas rocket, Praetorian laser)

4) Turrets/drones (all types)

5) Suicides from fall damage 

6) Enemy last gasp (Brute's swipe, Atlas/Prime explosion, Banshee nova, geth hunter charged shot?)

7) Sync-kills, with correct timing

8) Grenades (from possessed scions and Geth bombers and other types)

9) Geth pyro flamer damage

10) Abominations (normal and possessed)

11) Seeker swarms/plagues (Glacier hazard map, etc.)

12) Cerb engineer backpack explosion

13) Teammate pressing button on Hazard Reactor

Geth turret has killed me after a wave ended.  I believe a brute killed me a long time ago by falling on me.  I was having fun with melee and ended up trapped in the corner.

Suicide isn't restricted to Cobra Missiles. Random fall damage can cause suicides.

Being the only survivor, getting grabbed by husk during the last few seconds in the extract zone, then dieing of it and not having time to rezz before the extract timer goes to 0....    Not that I know anything about that... hrm, nice weather today..

I've propelled myself from the ground to over 20 to 25 feet in the air many times on Condor due to a glitch and I've never gotten hurt.

I suppose you could get locked in the reactor between waves...

I got killed by an exploding Atlas and Prime like this.

Waves is over when he's @ no armor. He explodes "after" the wave if he's the only one left.

Let's see, there's turrets, geth turrets, combat drones, seeker swarms, seeker plagues, swarmers, ravager acid, warp ball DoT, atlas rocket DoT, atlas explosions, combat engineer backpack explosions, geth prime explosions, brute death melee, praetorian death lasers, geth bombers, cluster grenades, grenades, abominations and possessed abominations.

 

I think that's every way in which enemies can kill you after the end of a wave, although I'm sure I've probably missed some. then of course there's also the various ways of committing suicide and the map hazards.

I been killed through walls when a Scion launches it's SUPR GRNAD LANCHR at someone else.
