I've only seen suicide a couple times, and never bc of a Cobra launcher. I mean, I launcher my feet 7/10 times I use that thing, so...not saying it doesn't happen, but I've never seen it. Maybe you're not damage proof between waves?
I've seen several people die to fall damage.
No one has mentioned this yet, that I've seen, but the swarm on the Glacier Hazard map has to be right up there w/ the top "after round" killers.

I have no idea what really happened. It said I committed suicide so I just assumed it was my rage missile.

Updated. So far 13 unique categories.
I took out the cobra suicide since it seems it might have been due to the swarmer bursting nearby at the same time (which will give you a player has committed suicide killfeed message).

Yeah, I´ve seen it and tried it out and the button itself is very pretty and tasty. But there´s some kind of time delay before the doors shut and the bbq? ...and the reactor has to be charged? Help me out here! I´m dying to boil with a perfect result.

Glacier swarm.
Maybe the Atlas' explosion if you have only 1 bar of health left and healthgate on cooldown, but I'm not sure, same goes for geth hunter "charged" shot which it releases after its death.

Has to be the Hazard version of the map; reactor has to be charged; and yes, there's a short delay including an audible warning message. You can hit the button and run inside, if you like.

They tend to do that if you stand beside them instead of in front/behind
