Here is the best monster movie I've seen in many years, cannot recommend it enough.
It's also the best (non animated) giant robot film evar...no exceptions. Can't believe that other franchise is 4 movies long and this is one is struggling.

Least we're getting a sequel and an animated series now.
I'd like to thank the foreign market and Godzilla for that.

You can blame Grown Ups 2 for ALMOST preventing a continuation from happening.
That's one of the many things I blame Adam Sandler for.
Not a film, but I did watch a documentary recently that was a dramatisation of one of Cicero's first speeches, Pro Roscio Amerino. It was so much better to watch it in motion and I'd recommend it to anyone with a passing interest in the late Roman republic/early principate.
Gone Girl

OMG, dat ending...

Trust me. In terms of Godzilla movies you can do alot worse.
The 1998 film is certainly a good example.
As is Godzilla's Revenge.
So I disagree.
Trust me. I'm a bit of an educated expert.
SpoilerPretend that second copy of Godzilla 2000 is Cloverfield...
At least Godzilla fucked **** up in the movie.
Here he just did something cool for thirty seconds and it skipped to a character I couldn't care less about.
The Japanese dude was hilarious.
So dramatic ![]()

This is probably the one I'm going for next.
Godzilla was probably good, but I just didn't want to watch that type of movie.
So I'm being biased and horrible.
All I wanted to see was Bryan Craston and Godzilla ****** **** up.

Hotel Transylvania was decent.
Just sayin' xD

The 98 one? Godzilla's not in that. There was a gray CGI blob vaguely in the shape of a T-Rex. But that sure wasn't Goji by any stretch of the imagination. Zilla is the name you're looking for.
Just saying I know my stuff. You're allowed to disagree.
Goji 2014 was paced, acted and focused like every other film in the series. Except Final Wars...but I really don't understand how that movie was made...on drugs probably.
I think Pacific Rim'll be more your speed.
Two "French" movies

Funny movie, good actors in this A&O movie. 7.5/10

Some cool action and driving scenes and funny moments, but nothing special overall. 6.5/10
At least it had Marion Cotillard! ![]()

Or as I like to call it, WTF: The movie

Gladiator and Silver Linings Playbook.
Pacific Rim

Solid 9/10. Nuff said!

Yeah, Gypsy Danger did pull out a ****** sword to murk that kaiju.

It's too small but appropriate.

Good watch. 8.25/10
The poll has got insufficient attention and participation. If it can't attract 10 people to vote soon, it is going to be deleted.
Dawn of the Planet of the Apes

A complete & utter waste of my precious time...

It's pretty fucktarded that they prefer beating everything with fists when they had guns and swords. Even cavemen knew better. Anyway in terms of the destruction scenes and choreography, Godzilla shits all over it. It did have a biiit too much meaningless scenes with humans, but they weren't necessarily worse than Pacific Rim's, just more. The start with Cranston was actually great.

It was okay, I did enjoy the villain.

I think the last I watched was the second Cap America movie. It was OK. I liked the first one and it's 40's era corniness more.
I don't really watch as many movies as I used to. More of a TV show or documentary junky these days.

It's very amusing!
