I don't know how I couldn't watch this earlier! This film Rocks!
^ A 8/10 movie, although not that great that people claim it to be.

I saw the Interview today, not really christmasy I know, but everyone wanted to see what the fuss was about.
That was a mistake. Watching it with family around was awkward, not sure wtf I was thinking sticking around for it.
Anyway, it has its moments, but I was unimpressed. To be fair my perception of it might just be flawed because of the whole family being around thing.
Watched 'Dawn of the Planet of the Apes' yesterday. These are the way to re-create old films; use ones that should be improved, and not films that still stand the test of time.

Just watched Guardians of the Galaxy myself. Cheesy as hell, but a fun flick.

Probably the worst movie of the year. And the worst David Fincher's movie. The rest of his movies vary from great to good.
P.S: This movie right here, Is why i don't trust people in general, And women in specific. And it perfectly portrays the social corruption and hypocrisy.
was it related to 1930s Anarchists-Fascists struggles of Spain? (or possibly I was thinking about another movie)

A powerful film and my personal MOTY. One of the best things about this film is how it says so much while speaking so little. The apes are so emotive and well-acted that spoken dialogue would've actually taken away from the scenes. Too bad the "validity" of motion capture acting continues to go unrecognized by so many.

Good flick. Incredible performances all around. My only problem was the ending; it felt like pandering. As if the director/writer wanted a more bleak conclusion but the producers forced it to be positive.
Just saw the newest Hobbit film. I thought that the middle of the movie had a lot of good tension building up, but towards the end is where it all fell apart for me. Lots of ridiculous scenes, unsatisfying ending, plus more of that stupid elf-dwarf romance, blah. Tolkien's probably vomiting in his grave.

The Grand Budapest Hotel

Just saw this one. Heavy hitter. On the long side. Not for the squimish or the faint of heart.
Also, I noticed this preview.
So men, if you are looking to get laid on Valentine's day, show her you are willing to endure horrific **** like this.

One of the most brilliant movies I've ever seen in my life. It perfectly portrays the struggle against the mainstream system for visionary people and why people always fight the change, A truly amazing movie.

What? You say it's a bad movie then take its portrayal of women as an accurate representation of real life?
*shudders

Don't post huge posters guys. They break threads.
1024x768 is the perfect size for this thread. Max: 1600x1200
