This was MUCH better than I thought it was going to be. The critics pretty much trashed it, but I thought the story, though it had a couple of holes, was plausible, and it is chocked full of interesting ideas on the human condition. The climax, like District 9, was a bit out there. I hope Neill Blomkamp continues to make science fiction like this.

High Plains Invaders
I'm not even sure why they made this but for me I found it a kind of fun little film. It came out in 2009 as a made for TV movie and considering that, and TV budgets it looked good production wise. The animation on the invaders was good....

Agreed. Steve Guttenberg > DIe ANtwood acting. Their music's not that bad... Better IMO than Miley or Ke$ha
