Do yourself a favour and buy a Blue-ray player. You know DVDs aren't even 720p. Even watching them on your PC is painful!

My player does both Blu Ray and DVD...... So does my PC

I prefer DVD as it's cheaper and I have a sh!t ton of movies

Can we have a quick Interstellar discussion? I really liked it, and dont understand the hate. Sure, it was scientically unaccurate, but so is alot of amazing scifi (Hyperion Cantos, Star Wars/Star Trek, Foundation, and Solaris). A work doesnt need be ¨hard scifi¨ for the genre to be well done. It had great acting, some amazing sequences (¨Those arent mountains¨"comes to mind), a few emotional scenes, and phenomenal music. My only qualms is that the dialogue was occasionally a bit stilted.

8.8/10

Back to animated films; both Monster's Inc and Up. Very appealing movies, and the latter one esp touching and sentimental.

Tht is a real classic. :)

I'm afraid our last movie was Kingsman. I do not go in for gore, but the way they did all those explosions was actually pretty funny. It was much better than I expected. And of course it had Colin Firth.

I liked this but the audio was so bad......... The film maker didn't have much of a budget so that is forgiven but geez the sound is terrible... I had to crank it up a bit to get some of the waffle filled dialogue.....

OK movie
