I don't know, I'm really honestly trying to communicate here.

Can't help it, it's my damn empathy trying to figure some stuff out.

That's my point, I understand them but i don't empathize them. It's not stereotypical, It's based on analysis, On how most people behave and act. He's replying by labels from the existent society. That's created regardless of the singular cases. I don't generalize, I evaluate. And my evaluation was that he was just a cynical person who's heavily influenced by society. That's why i used a label. I didn't use a pre-set label like him.

You don't know how to analyze. Or what empathize means.

Judging people based on scientific analysis and statistics, is like watching a movie by reading its IMDB synopsis page.

Dude, I can't.

You don't understand them. You just think you do, but you don't. And you're the kind of people, who's smart, and been told they're smart their whole lives, so much and so forth, that at one point, you became waaaay too confident in your brain, and decided to never ever re-evaluate anything about your own judgments and opinions, because they all come from your brain, and since you're smart, your understanding of reality must then be inherently superior to all others.

And that, my dear, will backfire plenty if you don't check it out and fix it. Or you'll probably learn the hard way, which I hope you won't.

I don't know why you allow yourself to be antagonized. You have people here calling you dumb directly. KingTony calls you Stalin. You're not getting the clue here.

I think knowing people are actually that way simply because they actually do know.. I mean.. if someone is constantly guessing at people's potential behavior and outcomes is actually successful at it, then I can't really fault them for being knowing can I?

It's usually people who aren't so good at that kind of thing that take on the mission to warn us all of the dangers of being knowing.. but that's just their own personal experience. Not everyone who plays with fire gets burned.

Edit: What the, why is this in the film thread? lol...

What if i told that it works? It works for me because as I have said I don't really blend well with others because of the connections problem. It's like you understand something and you just gotta explain it to all the people around you for another hour to understand it. It's just a frustrating process. So, I have taught myself a way how to detect people who would understand me. Trust me, I'd be a very different person then. And I'm wondering why do you think it will backfire? This seems to be a societal constant that I don't seem to get.

The conclusion of your haters are scientifically sound (p < 0.01). Aren't you sleepy? You're so goddamned dishonest. Now enough about you and egotistical delusions.

I finally got to watch the Big Lebowski, unfortunately on IFC, with their frequent Portlandia commercials. Funny ****! Well worth another watch.

Ah, like I said being empathetic is draining. It's a double-edged sword, and yet, it can be a gift to better understanding, but also a curse in many ways.

That been said, is it still a reason not to try?

Oh, of course it works, it must work for a lot things, to trust your own brain. Thank god it does.

But in areas you admit yourself you're not an expert on, why should trusting your brain and putting your own judgment above all else would still be a clever move?

And I believe it might backfire, because you're setting yourself on that path. If you shut the entire part of yourself that should be in charge of objective evaluation of the pertinence of your own opinions based on your personal intellectual assets and weaknesses, then of course it's bound to explode at some point. Doesn't mean it will, maybe you'll get lucky enough not to go through that, or maybe you'll just grow up and expand your understanding, but yeah right now you're a walking disaster about to happen to me.

We've had enough examples, be it fictional or historical, of smart people who trusted their brains too damn much to the point of it backfiring to their faces.

Never trust your brain so much, it's just mushy pile of cells vaguely trying to communicate with one another. It's faulty by nature, and by education. Yours is no exception.

Actually, No. You're not really convincing me, You're just setting a rule that i honestly don't understand. Contrary to popular belief, I do know my weaknesses, But when i get to know  a weakness that could jeopardize my chance to succeed, I deal with it. Let's continue this in PM if you'd like.

Yeah, which fortifies my impression of your lack of intelligence. It seems you lack any discipline not to answer, but delude yourself into thinking "I can ignore you anytime I want." This ******-for-tat comes both ways. If you want to stop being provoked, stop answering. Or are you being dishonest again?

And there are just as many examples of people who never trusted their brain at all, never letting audacity take over to the point of it backfiring in their faces.

No one is suggesting shutting the entire part of yourself in charge of objective evaluation completely off, but if you never shut off then it's the same potential explosion, just a different color. Some people were "right" their whole lives about the societal impression and lived a completely fruitless existence, expiring without ever leaving a single trace behind beyond their ability to blend seamlessly into norms the whole time.

It's quite honestly a problem that's universal and almost no one really avoids one or the other. In general, I'm far more inclined to trust someone whichever direction their going, it's usually when people try and arbitrarily intervene that things get screwy.

No, I'm facing contradictory beliefs and accusations that are being waged against me. So, I have to reply. It's about my reputation. If i want to stop being provoked, you need to stop making dumb remarks that I'd then reply to. Because basically, You're the one who's provoking me.

Who's being contradictory? People have consistently stated a common impression of you, which ain't good.

Now, let's talk less about Leo8Skylar and more about RDA.
