Only three of us are interested in 24 hour time?

I've asked same thing as soon as we moved here, but I had no answers or comments. 

A lot of people prefer 24h, and I've seen this option on multiple forums.

Yes, it's really weird that everybody seemingly posts at nighttime in the German forum.  (since a.m./p.m. is not being displayed) So the display of the actual posting time woul be nice.

It would be nice to have an option to switch between 12 and 24 hours.

Currently the software has a global time setting which can't be changed at the user-level. With the next major version of IP.Board they are going to have it set by the language pack. Which means that if you aren't using English you won't get stuck with the ugly American format.

Granted we don't have any plan in place to upgrade, partly because they haven't announced a release date, but there is a possibility it will get better someday.
