I remember them saying something along the lines of "You may be an elf, but you are not one of the People". Can't remember who said it though.

I'm kind of worried about the character generator now.

What are you worried about?

I see some people are disappointed about not being a City Elf?
Fair enough, and that's too bad if that's what you were looking forward to. I'd caution anyone who decides who and what their Inquisition PC is going to be prior to knowing anything about the story and their PC's place in it or even how our character generation is going to work. You're setting yourself up for disappointment, and that applies to more fronts than just elves.
Duly warned be thee says I.
There are so many possibilities on what that could possibly mean lol, it's going to drive me crazy!

Ah, I see. Yeah, I don't know what that means. Most likely that the range of customization options won't be as extensive as some here think they will.

Do you think there will be less than DA:O or DA2?

Do you think there will be less than DA:O or DA2?
No, simply because having an extra race means that if you add everything up it will be more than Origins or 2, unless there are nearly no customization options at all per race.

I feel like the racial differences in this game won't be as significant as they were in DA:O, just a gut feeling
I don't see us having an option similar to a human noble being able to marry Anora or anything like that

I just hope they don't take away little extra tweaks or don't allow us to customize Qunari horns ![]()

Unfortunately we're not all elf-haters, Steel
Times like this I wish I was so my little heart wouldn't be broken about the lack of City Elf origin.

I'll hold off on the doom saying until we get some more substantial details, but if I smell DA2 on its plot....

Pizza and beer?
I really hope we can be a Human Noble, at the very least.. but I feel like we won't. I wouldn't mind either way, it's just a preference.

A person after my own heart truly
I am inclined to agree, I feel like people how don't like playing humans would not be amused at a repeat Cousland-esque character
