“Hail and well met” is a greeting I reserve for precious few dwellers in the dark halls of Undermountain.
Indeed, most inhabitants are best met with the edge of a blade or worse. Still, I speak from experience that friends may be found in the most unlikely of places within Halaster’s home. Provided, that is, you can crawl over those who fell before you and survive to meet them. . . .

Welcome to the DUNGEON CRAWLS adventure module, where we
return to the timeless depths of the Realms’ oldest and greatest dungeon: Undermountain!
It is for characters level 7-9. New characters will be leveled up to 8.
This is a remake of the 1996, TSR module 9519, by Steven E. Schend.
I originally built this project for the now defunct PW, Skullport, back in 2008. I have re-worked it into a single-player module for characters level 7-9.

thanks for the congrats folks, I hope you like this .mod.
I originally built this at the request of Lorna, who ran the Skullport server. After the server shut down, it just sat on my hard drive for years.
I needed a break from Scourge of the Slavelords, but I wasn't ready for a new project from scratch. So I turned this multi-player quest into a single-player .mod. It ended up being a lot more work than I anticipated.
Originally it was for level 18 characters, but I toned it down to level 8ish. The skull.haks that Skullport used were massive. I think Lorna added everything the 2008 vault had to offer, so I had to figure out what I had actually used in this project, and make a reasonably sized .hak that would keep it running.
After that, I threw in a new Waterdeep starting area with some stores, and added a few companions. Easy right? 9 months later it's ready for beta testing.

I've got as far as I can go, I can't find portal 1 key, I've been back through the drow prison & the vampire lair a couple of times since talking to Johanna, but my journal still says I should talk to Johanna about finding a way out.
The game has crashed a lot. I save before I go through any door that loads a new area & I recon there is a 50/50 chance the game will crash.
Although it has never crashed loading the same area twice in a row.

Character did not automatically level up to eight as described so I did it manually and moved on. Got as far as finding the portal in the sewers. Crashed once as I went through the portal, once after the first fight when I tried to go through a door, once during the fight around the exit portal.
