I sent a PM to one of the moderator's but it has not been read yet so short of spamming all the moderators to find one with time on their hands to answer a PM from a stranger I will try this.

 

I am unable to make the quotes work (yes I have read and followed the instructions). The quote button worked fine on the old site but when I press the quote button now all I get is the reply box with no quote in it, also when I try multiple quotes I get the "Reply to # quoted post(s)" box but when I press the box I get an empty reply box.

I am using Windows 7 with Internet Explorer, both are up to date.

 

Also copy and paste from and to Microsoft Word 2010 is not working properly. I can paste to the title text area but cannot paste to the main text area. Control V and the paste button both do not work. Copying from the Text box to Word sometimes works.

 

But paste does work in the PM main text box.

I'm having the same issues, though I can't cut & paste from any source, not just ms word.

Same with me but I think Bioware knows the problem.

I hope they fix it soon.

Are you using Internet Explorer 11? If so a lot of people had the same problem.

I'm usually using Chrome but tried it using IE 11, Version 11.0.9600.16428 and the problem appears here as well. It does however work if I switch to BBC code in the quick reply window and then click on quote. So either you Switch to a different browser or you use the BBC code work-around

Thanks it works.
To get the quotes working and copy and paste -

Click on the reply box at the bottom of the screen, it should enlarge and show two tool bars at the top of the box.

Click on the top left button (the one that look like a light switch) and all the others will dim and become inactive.

Once you have quoted or pasted what you want click the switch again to format as you like.
