Truth, huh?
I wouldn't say that that was entirely truth.

My beef with it is the gold angle, which should explain the motivations behind the induviduals that created it. Fiat currency is pretty much a value of a nations worth. This includes the capabilities, education and production of it's people, as well as the natural resources contained within that country. See Canadian and Australian currencies, and their fluxuations for examples of resource plays.
People say currencies are sentiment based, primarily as a means to convey a level of understanding. Much like how astronomers make analogies to convey rediculous sizes, distances, energies etc...
Now, I am not in anyway suggesting that traders, marketers, bankers and tycoons aren't the soulless dog &%@#ing SOB's that they usually are(IMO). I would suspect that they played their part in both the gold boom and bust of the other year, and the current bitcoin craze. They own all the production, means to distribute propaganda, and almost every sellable item.
However, I am no expert. So...meh. Just try to be skeptical I guess, and challanging our own "truths" is, perhaps, the hardest thing a skeptic can do.

Quoting this so I can watch it when I get home.
Truth..or lies?
I don't live there, i don't know, i can't make judgement...
I don't think something like that has to be truth or not. It only has to be true enough or some of the time, to be of concern.

Sorry, but no. This can't go anywhere good.
End of line.
