In Dragon Age, that's traditionally where they fail, so I'd call it a good sign.

Near the end, right before the dragons shows up, was that the Korcari Wilds?  It's foolish I know.  It's just where my mind went first.  XD  I'm gonna be watching this video alot for the next couple days.

Dorian might've been a placeholder, but it's a cool name if they end up going with it (for the Wilde reference if nothing else). 

 

But yeah, I think we can say that bald elf mage is a companion.

I think it's the male human Inquisitor voice that they used in the PAX demo. I'll go back and compare them in a bit.

Giants? I think they mean that huge tusked thing, which I'm convinced is a troll. Gaider confirmed they existed in Thedas, I think.

The Music is like a hybrid of Dragon age 2 and Dragon age origins in terms of ambience.

If the music in the trailer is a sample of what we'll listen in the game, I'm ok with that.
