Interesting. Almost reminiscent of Beauty and the beast's Castle. Beautiful environment, although a little over the top.

 

You should take a good look at some of the ballrooms and hallways in castles and palaces on this side of the Big Pond  .

On the American side, there are some interiors from the 'Gilded Age' (late 1800's / early 1900's) that easily surpass this.

 

That level of opulent detail would probably be murder on the poor old Xbox 360 and PS3, though. I hope they can still handle this reasonably well.

I really don't 'get' the text in relation to the picture, but the screenshot itself has a very nice atmosphere. Maybe they're going for a 'rendez-vous with a hot Orlesian noblewoman / oops it's her brothers and they enthusiastically perforate you in a semi-professional manner' kind of mood

 

It's probably waaaaaaay too late, but since lion fountains are common as dirt ($75 and you have one in your garden), allow me to suggest a modification (Italian Renaissance, circa 1500):

I got that, but it's still a weird combination. The screenshot is reasonably atmospheric but there is at best only an indirect, weak link between rumors, scandals and a fountain in a garden.

Also, scandals and rumors are social / political weapons everywhere (though particularly so in highly 'moralistic' countries where a high moral reputation is of paramount importance), so I'm not getting the PR/marketing angle here, to be honest.

I accualy like these. There not like the spikes we saw earlier. These are more asthetic and sleek. This is the way it should be not like the others.
