I don't care either way, honestly. They didn't technically annouce the all bi approach in DA2, but only who were a LI. Though with the DAI system people might guess if they'll announce the whole LI cast.

I like how it the region looks (not much the statues, but it's not a news). I like how different the various areas are from each others. I think they did a good job in this.
Can't wait to return to Redcliffe and see (possibly) the effects of our choices .

Well, there is the choice of leaving the town to be destroyed .
They could make the arl different based on what happened in DAO. I don't think Teagan became always arl in the slides, though this might've changed. And Teagan could get married with different women, if I recall.
Some do the characters in DAO might appear or not, based on what happened.
I don't think it'll be much, but I'd expect some change based on what we choose.

Still a refinement though. I have noticed a difference particularly in the eyes and nose area.

 

That's not necessarily a bad thing. I think it's an improvement from DA:O and DA2 as she's clearly elven without looking too alien like they did in DA2 or too humany like in Origins.

 

Besides, this could be something unique to her.
