I'm sorry , but I don't understand what you mean . Are you saying 'We shouldn't try to kill them all because if we do they don't respawn' ? Or are you saying ' You can try , but there are too many and they eventualy will respawn at a slow pace ' ?
So, essentially, you can hunt bears (seek them out for the sole purpose of killing them) for sport, or materials, or whatever. But if there are, say 20 bears in a given region and you kill all but 2, it's going to be awhile before they reappear in that same area. They don't respawn within a few minutes for hardcore grinding.
The environment is affected by the choices you make. So killing all the bears, who prey on the fennecs, may cause an abundance of fennecs in that area.
