He did a really great job on the past few years, renewed the PlayStation brand and the studios of SCEA made some great games on his time as president/CEO. The Sony press conference on E3 will be really strange without him.

It is unfortunte.  I assume it is a finacial choice.

 

The layoffs Santa Monica studio is what really shocked me.  Hard to believe.  Time to consider snapping up talent (too late).
