So, I'm on the Citadel and I'm trying to pick up the "War Asset's" like the [Barla Von Mission to pick up Shadow Broker Agent's , Picking up Artifact's , among Other's...]. & My question is, when do These mission's Expire - I've already been able to do a few, or can I just pick Them and do The later? I'm wanting to do the mission at Grissom Academy next, any Help would be Greatly appreciated Thank's.
Picking up War Asset's from the Citadel after "Priority Palaven", and when do They expire?

As long as you complete them before completing the Tuchanka Arc, you'll be fine. If you complete the Tuchanka Arc before completing all the "fetch quests", they will disappear after the coup attempt.
As an aside, new "fetch quests" will become available after the coup attempt.

Note: some fetch quests are not doable until after Tuchanka. For instance, you cannot get Heating Unit Stabilizers until after Tuchanka. There may be a few others that you will not be able to get until later. Generally, though, I would go out there and scan for stuff/do side missions before Priority: Tuchanka to make sure you get everything.
Also note: if you miss an item on a side mission, then you can buy that item in the Spectre office afterwards. For instance, the Dog Tags on Benning are very difficult to find. I had to read the wiki before I finally found them on my fourth run through that mission. So the first trhee times I ended up buying them from the Spectre requisitions store. Same thing happened with the Target Jamming item and the Reaper Code Fragment item.

I'm playing ME3 at the moment and funnily enough I missed quite a few of them for the sake of continuity this time, Barla Von, Benning amongst others.
I suppose there is not much penalty as you'll only miss on some experience points and credits of course. The only one where the war assets are updated after visiting Citadel is the biotic amps which you have to give to that Asari in Huerta memorial. You'd get the assets in Barla Von quests anytime you search.

If this is your first playthrough, and you anticipate doing at least a second one, then just do what feels right this time and don't worry about metagaming until your second time around. You'll miss some stuff and do some less-than-optimally, but the game will feel more organic that way, I think.
That said, eventually you'll get the mission Priority: Tuchanka. Before doing that one, go and do all the other side-missions you can (there will still be a few that you can't do until after). Missions you get after Tuchanka can be done pretty much whenever.
