Get this every time I try to make a new game. I've reinstalled it several times. Any solution?

Edit: Now I keep getting "Unable to reach the authentication server to authenticate your module. Please check your internet settings and try again."

Edit2: After several days of trying, it randomly just worked!

I don't know if it's related, but the authentication server for multiplayer went down a few years ago and it's most likely going to stay like that... I've been able to install MOW after that happened, though, so maybe it's something else. Which version are you using (i.e. where did you buy it?).

I bought it from Gamer's Gate.

Thread necrophilia. I hadn't reinstalled MoW after my last HD crash. I did today and that went OK, but when I try to launch the campaign I get that error. I don't really want to buy the whole game again just for MoW. Any ideas anyone?

Up. This problem is probably related to the impossibility for the game to reach the Atari servers in order to authenticate the game. This would need some sort of "patch" or wathever to bypass the authentication for those who didn't buy the game on GOG.

Atari -- Delaying MoW for a year and a half to put that bloody DRM on it, and not even having the courtesy to remove it when they can't maintain the authentication servers only 6 years later...
