At the end of the second mission on Omega Aria tells Sheppard there is a hidden smugglers cash if she wants to collect it. Where is the cash i dont see anything in the journal about it.

You will need to go to the galaxy map and land on some planet. I cannot remember whether this planet is marked on the map, if not then you will have to find it through scanning

Well, didn't you comple it already? Aria Always gives the player those Coordinates, even if he/she accomplished it already

 

And yes, it does appear on the Journal
