Good question.  It seems most people have switched to regular banners, so if the problem has been fixed we may not have noticed it.

For some people the alt banners stopped working. When you choose them a placeholder is shown instead. 

Again I'm not sure how this would get fixed, is anyone working on this stuff anymore

Mine were not working, but after the 'my banner!' thread the other day I changed my banner back to the 'Survivor - Shadow' and it has been working since ... fwiw.

You wonder how did they get fixed. Well, since we have no idea how they broke in the first place, I guess they can also get fixed with us not knowing how

I believe they are working properly now, from what I have seen on PC.

Haven't seen any alts or rainbows, but Arsenal and Reserve packs are back.

Unfortunately this also means that the store is a lot slower since it loads the pack images again.
