For me it's the Valkyrie, Blood Pack Punisher, and Spitfire. I don't use them because either I can't figure out how to use them effectively or I just think they suck.

Spitfire, mainly because of the major speed reduction when firing this weapon. I am not a huge fan of shoot-and-don't-move weapons, because I like to run around the map.

 

All the other URs are fine, though I rarely use some other URs like the Indra, Valkyrie, Crusader or Eagle.

The two URs I hate are: Crusader and BPP

Not particularly fond of hurricane, harrier, talon or PPR either.

The Spitfire.  It's performance just doesn't justify its weight and the movement speed penalty.

 

I'd rather use my level II typhoon than my level IV spitfire, and I'm not terribly impressed with the typhoon because it's so low level.

 

I wish I could put those spitfire levels into the CSMG instead...

All of the others have found a niche somehow on some kit along the way.

Try it on the Geth Engineer, Clyde. Great ammo power application at any range and light weight make for constant explosions.

No, I like Spitfire, Typhoon, Saber, Valkyrie, Javelin, BW, Scorpion, Wraith, Crusader and VENOM.

I think overall the indra might be the weakest, but I think it sounds cool, especially with ROF increase. I need to work on my envenomating skills, and my low level Jav, combined with frequent lag make it hard for me to use in PUGs, but those are both my issues, not the weapons.

 

Valkyrie isn't great either, but it was my very first UR so I'm not going to say that  .

Spitfire sucks balls IMHO, it works and works well on some classes but that damn screen shake hurts my brain. 

 

Hurricane is another that I find to be rather boring, works on every single kit in the game and works a little too well. Least favorite doesn't mean the weapon is bad sometimes it means it's a little too good.
