Spitfire. No question, second place is far, far behind. I can think of no legitimate reasons for using this gun other than simply for the sake of using it. Or maybe if your only weapons are the Spitfire, the Shuriken, and the Scimitar.
What's your least favorite ultra rare weapons?

A mention for the Spitfire too. I use it sometimes on the Juggernaut, just for the fun to fire an entire wave without reloading. But I've never found an other reason to use this weapon...

1) Arc Pistol isn't an ultra rare but it should be since it's so nasty.
2) It's worth the reps if you can get the hang of it.

I know, I was just being tongue in cheek because of my opposite preference with the venom and arc pistol compared to Nate_Assassin.

I'd still take the Scimitar over the Spitfire 
I like the look and function of the weapon, but I just dislike reduced mobility too much to ever want to use it with any regularity.
