Am I the only one who's intrigued by this guy?
As much as I enjoy Bioware romances, most have been young pretty-boys (and girls) that are there to cater to the masses, now don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that's necessarily a bad thing. Maybe it's just my old age creeping up on me, but damn what I wouldn't give for a more, um... 'experienced' gentleman for a romance option.
I was fine with pretty boys like Alistar. Alistar was hilarious to abuse.

Definitely loving this. Feeling an older gentleman this time around! He seems like he could hold his own against the Inquisitor. Strong, solid, knows what he's about and doesn't need a romantic partner to take care of him.

What i want from any romance - is the option to end it at any time. I hated that you was stuck with your LI, even if you hated him/her after a certain point.
Fenris made like 3 or 4 whole jokes. He's a charmer like that.
That is true. I think he even manages a pun once! I actually did like his romance. I liked them all for the Hawkes I paired them with but I would have preferred the silly dwarf.
Is it me, or did Cassandra get a boyfriend in that anime movie? I don't need some other dude's leftovers. If they broke up, it's clearly because she's psycho and makes you wash your own dishes or wear more than underpants around the house. If he died, then she might be the typical damaged goods. Either way, I'll pass.

Also each LI comes with a romance side-quest, which you must go find a great Dwarven smith to create a key for your LI's chastity belt.

I don't care much for romances, unless they finally include a NPC who isn't traumatized somehow. Or insane/possessed. Or untrustworthy. Or broken by some terrible loss. Or unable to make single decision.

I do love it, but I have to say I think Vivienne is more of a blue magic person, rather than a pink. Both are fabulous, but blue's a tad classier.

So I guess that leaves people who only want to romance virgins with Alistair, since we can't be sure one way or the other about Merrill.
Unless they are required for a blood sacrifice to close the veil tear...no virgins please.
