At least the hat can be changed, the lips are amazingly big, too big/full in my opinion to be honest.

Her outfit looks amazing, and although I'm surpised by her in-game face (I was expecting something more along the lines of her concept art) I'm sure it'll grow on me. I like her. I'm not a huge fan of dem lips though.
Just one question about her appearance: Why are her eyes all bloodshot?

Vivienne de Fer is the complete anti-Ferelden. Now Leliana's ramblings about proper fashion look childish in comparison.
Ok, comparisons: Rita Repulsa from Power Rangers (nah), Maleficient (that was an elegant lady, that's for sure), but given her obsession with fashion, I say Ragyo from Kill La Kill, especially in her clown dress.
However, I'm a bit disappointed that nothing new was said about her position as enchanter in the imperial court
