My favorite powers to support with are Singularity + Shockwave. But in the spirit of what I think you're trying to ask....it's so hard to tell these days...

Define support. If you mean just an ability that helps teammates, then probably a volus' Shield Boost or a Quarian Male's Tactical Scan. Even Recon Mine.

 

If you mean something more along the lines of tech/biotic combo powers, then Nova. Get 3 Adepts and a Novaguard and stuff gets wrecked. Same if it's a tech prime team + Novaguard.

Support power?  We don't need no stinking support power!  Unless you consider Prox mine a 'support power'.  I call it a stagger-er and a debuffer.

Also Cryo Blast, one of the most under appreciated powers in the game. Provides a great debuff and for me there's nothing more satisfying than freezing an enemy just as they're about to execute a teammate.

Shield Boost is one of the best powers in the game...idk if that qualifies as "support"
