I hope there is ambient music for running around in the world. It is really annoying running and exploring without ambient music playing in the background.
The world of Dragon Age could use some ambient music that speaks Dragon Age to the listener too. So far the battle music is the only Dragon Age feel.

Totally agreed. This is something that Bioware has been doing since the Baldur's Gate days and I never understood why. Sure, you get pretty awesome Kuldahar momements when the music starts playing, but if that means you get only footstep sounds most of the time, it ends up being really annoying.
The new soundtrack sounds pretty good, but I like Inon Zur's work as well, Tera's soundtrack is a good recent example. I didn't like the music of DAII, but I believe Inon Zur himself said he wasn't satified with it and that he hadn't had enough time to compose it, right?
