Tbh I don't think we'll get more than three warriors and my bet for these three spots are Cassandra, Bearded Warden and Iron Bull.

I liked Cullen in the previous games though and would love to see him as a (romanceable) NPC. They did this with Steve and Traynor in ME3 and this way his fans get what they want, he can play a more or less importatnt role in the Story without taking away Iron Bull's Warrior-Slot. ; D

Cullen haters couldn't complain either... or at least not that easily. ^^'

I wouldn't mind having him as a companion, but I also wouldn't care if I didn't. What I am very interested in, however, is seeing how he develops as a character.

I'm not completely opposed to having him as a companion, but I found him rather bland and forgettable so far.

But I didn't really care for "DAO Isabela" either, and she became my favorite companion in DA2...

Pretty much this.

Agreed. Though I wouldn't be surprised if he's in a tavern somewhere trying to sort all of it out.

I would like Cullen as a companion. I plan on playing a mage so it might be interesting, plus I like how he mellowed throughout DA2.

Since I will be a mage, it would be interesting if he was a companion. And I want to know if he knows where  hawke is or why he let him go inDA2

I'm curious about how Cullen would react to a mage companion who is in a position of leadership, if he's a companion. Also, Cullen invokes the term 'heathen' as well, in reference to Oghren and the Qunari, so I'm curious how he would react to a non-Andrastian.

As for the pro-mage ending, I wonder how the Order of Templars and the Chantry of Andraste would have reacted to Cullen letting the Champion go. The main character is, technically, a criminal (and possibly an apostate). You bring up a very good question: there's also the factor of why Cullen only stopped Meredith when she threatened Hawke specifically, and why he let the Champion go, which was never properly addressed.

About Oghren? When does he say that, and what exactly does he say?

Just one of many things that never made sense in the final act.

Broken Circle - if you bring Oghren. YouTube should have a few videos.

I can see him maybe as a temp companion. But for the most part I believe he'll just be an important npc.

Cullen calls Oghren a "cave dwelling heathen", although he's admitted been tortured for quite some time (in the Circle Tower). He also uses the term in reference to the Qunari during Act II, however, so I wondered if this would be explored with a non-Andrastian protagonist (especially given how he might not immediately distinguish the Vashoth protagonist from one of the Qunari, and Alistair tells The Warden that the Chantry teaches them some horrible things about the followers of the Qun, when the two of them discuss Sten).

Cullen just has a "last minute change of heart" as he addresses Alain with same line. And people are falling for him. He is gorgeous but that's all he is.

One of the devs said that only Qunari will really react to you being Vashoth. To humans, elves, and dwarves, you're simply a Qunari. Though I bet you'll be able to explain to them.

Yes. Can't help but like the bastard, myself... even if his fangirlz (and boiz) are rather off-putting.

Won't speak for HYR but for myself, some of the more adamant fans tend to be weirdly obsessive and bring him up in just about every other discussion pertaining to Inquisition companions, and the thousand other Cullen threads of course.

It should go without saying, but this is the BSN: I am not saying that ALL Cullen fans behave this way.

I think the ones who complain about his fans are more off-putting.

The last part is... debatable. Too generic for my tastes.

I'm fine with Cullen being in the game, however I don't want him as a companion unless he undergoes a significant personality change.
