Well decided to pull out and look at some lithos. Most of them you guys have the others but these I have stored away since I bought them. Will get around to framing these or selling them, dunno.

Been forever since I looked at mine, still have Omega and Jack on my wall but never did frame any others. Just don't have the room, still don't. :/

Cool to finally see some Fallout figures, will definitely be getting the power armor one and most likely the Lone Wanderer. Hopefully they do well and they make some more.

I didn't get anything, though I did order the battle nug: that is one ugly nug!

Anybody know an approachable person at Bioware who I might ask about getting a high-res version of Sera's icon from DA:I?  I kinda need it for a project.  I'm not sure what my chances are, but I know what my chances aren't if I don't even know who to ask!

I would recommend any reputable tattoo artist honestly Vom. Around here, that's what we do if we need something like that. Sure you have to pay, but you'd have a top quality image to work with.

Oh, I seem to have mentioned what the project is without actually mentioning it.

*shrugs* ...in all honesty, if you want some artwork done of any kinda, find yourself a good tattoo artist. Even if you aren't getting the tattoo (and they'd probably want a commission for the art itself if thats true), they'd still be the best bet for local renown artistic talent.

P.S. Hi! - long time no see, people...

The end result, for the record.  Loosely based on her avatar, I think it captures her personality.  Really pleased with it.  First experience with body art (well, unless minor piercings count) and probably the last: the guy was awesome but three hours' worth of pain isn't something I'm inclined to do again voluntarily!

Apologies for not the best picture: hotel bathroom selfie, and it has bits of gunk and tissue paper stuck to it (Kleenex Balsam, I hasten to add!)

Edit: oops, colours are a bit off; my skin colour is closer to my avatar, I look like I have jaundice here. :/

Frankly, that looks really good for only three hours of work. Any smaller/monochrome work would likely be far less of an ordeal...  B)

Thanks. :)

I was originally going to go smaller but the guy recommended against it: I think his concern was that, unless he used finer lines which may not be as durable, it would've been awkward to retain the level of detail I wanted. I'm glad people waited until afterwards before saying "three hours?! For your first one? :o" otherwise it may have put me off.

I did consider that this is a character from a video game that may not be well-remembered a few years down the line, but that doesn't really bother me overly and may have its benefits (I mean it's not like she's universally liked  )
