I've absolutely no Idea if bioware has already hired most voice actors but if the thing about multiple voice actors per race is true. Then I've a recommendation for Bioware if they are still planning on Using Irish accents for the dalish my recommendations would be

Karl Hanover an Irish voice actor who is superb !!! he is the voice actor behind ATLAS from Bioshock and his Dublin accent has a very serious mature but also lighthearted sound to it perfect for a Dalish Inquisitor.

you can hear his voice acting here  and Just my recommendation :)

Hmm yeah I liked him in Bioshock.

This would be a good opportunity for someone from Bioware to clarify if we are going to get more than two voice actors... :P

I like it.

Also never cared to take a look at Burial at Sea, second clip is incredible.

Either your choice or Jim Ward(Orsino)should suffice.

I'm sure Bioware knows what they're doing though; only a matter of time before someone demands the elf sound like Morgan Freeman.

*sighs* That voice would be perfect. I'm of the (sad) opinion however that we will have to use the gruff human inquisitor voice for all the races, including Dalish. However, we may get lucky, and he may be exceptionally talented (well, I'm sure he is :)), and he might be able to use a different accent and pitch for an elf.

I'd also like the Qunari to sound like Big Bird.

Well I'm Danish so i'm not biased in saying i prefer the Irish accent. Welsh never really sounded nice to my ears way to sing songy in my humble opinion. I like the more rough and grounded sound of the Irish accent as the dalish understandably are often angry at anything non dalish 24.7.

Sure, I like.

And for the female elf, I'd like Sarah Green, who was Anne Bonney in Black Flag. :3

Matt Ryan aka Edward Kenway in ACIV.

Now, if they can get Anne Bonny to voice the female Dalish elf Inquisitor, along with Ryan as the voice for the male Dalish elf Inquisitor, I'd be so excited I'd squee my pants. Yes, squee.

Oh yes Matt Ryan is superb also! When it boils down to it , if they haven't picked the VA's yet i'd highly recommend either Ryan Or hanover! Both are on equal straits talent wise!

Are we voting who gets to VA them? I vote me, I'm really good at sounding whiny and oppressed. I also excel at poverty, ask anyone.

There will be two voice actors 1 for female protagonist and 1 for male. Where do people get a "thing about multiple voice actors per race"? Wishful thinking?

Hey, the idea of multiple races being in DA:I in the first place was deemed 'wishful thinking' for a while.

True, but considering that the protagonist will probably have the most lines in the game and that the VA gets paid by the hour it very unlikely.

I think I should voice all the characters. In the game. Including the females.

I forget the exact quote, but Mike Laidlaw did say something along the lines of not liking the idea of using one VA for all the races. I think him publicly saying something like that is a good sign. Of course I could have just misunderstood.

I hope they didn't, I'm not doubting the talent and potential of the current chosen VAs but I'd realllly like different voices to associate each race with.

I'll be happy as long as they don't sound ridiculously Welsh. I live in Wales. The accent is in no way 'cute', it just sounds like they're permanently gurgling water.

Yeah in the gameinformer podcast, he said he said the idea of a "one voice fits all" wouldn't feel right, but also that he doesn't know how Bioware will deal with the problem. Maybe they'll just dismiss it multiple actors as unfeasible or something.
