It keeps telling me it's not valid. I'm using the product key. I've tried with and without dashes. How do I register this?

PM the BioWare employees here as we can't help you with that (if the key is actually invalid). I'm not aware you can register the key on this site but I think you can on the old BSN site.

I found the fix. I was registering the regular when it was the ultimate. I did it on the old site. Thanks.

Hello im new to bw and i kinda have the same problem, well the thing is... i had the game for atleast a year as a downloaded game from ps3 and i dont know where to or how to look for this registration code

I think the console versions are automatic. Download the game, go online and use your account when you login. The site should auto-sync it up. Try also to play a bit and upload screenshots and upload your character in the DA profile.
