I know that all the companions haven`t been revealed but have already got an idea who you will take out the most or will you try everyone ?

I usually stick to a certain party, and never change unless I unlock someone better. 

So, I can see myself using a party of Cassandra and Vivienne for the whole game. Need concrete info on more companions to decide the third slot, though.

True, they haven't all been revealed, but we're only short three reveals, assuming Bearded Warden, elf girl, and bald elf will be confirmed.

 

For my mage I will definitely choose Baldy over Viv; this is for my first, Dalish playthrough.

 

Definitely elf girl.

 

Then a warrior: Cullen, if he's available; Beardy Warden; or Iron Bull, if he's available.

And Cassandra depending on how her personality goes.

But most likely that cool Grey Warden. Because everyone needs a Grey Warden.

Probably a sword and shield type character, a Rogue for chests (probably Varric) and a mage that will mostly heal but will have some offensive spells.

If you guys now character that will fit them rolls let me know, I hope its not like DA2 and you can equip your character how you want, for instace Cassandra can be either a 2h warrior or a sword and board character.

Considering my usual party assortment of Tank, Ranged Rogue, and Generalist Mage (mix of offense, buffs, and healing), I'll probably go with Cassandra, Varric, and uncertain on the Mage. Hopefully they all will have access to the basic ability trees.

Cassandra, Vivienne and Varric. Swapping Varric with Sera if she's a companion and a rogue, it's only fair since Varric already has a permanent spot in any da2 party I put together.

If it is naseauting lawful like an Aveline, it stays at camp. Companions that don't ****** their undergarments when necessary actions are taken to achieve necessary ends are welcome. So that probably disqualifies Cassandra, just as well. Probably will end up with the rogues and mages mostly.

No one has been officially announced beyond those three.

Good point. In that case I'm taking whoever agrees with my actions - like Varric tended to do, no matter what, in DA2. I'm not skipping out on such-and-such side quest because the likes of Morrigan and Sten think it's a waste of time!!

Varric is 100% going to be in my team 24/7, will wait and see the companion reveals for the other party member slots, but tbh other than varric the other 2 party slots will get cycled around fairly

All I know is Varric will be consistently glued to my hip (as he was in DA2), if he's allowed to be story-wise. Otherwise, the other two positions shall be filled willy-nilly.

My first character will be a mage(since its my BioWare tradition) and I never play healers, so I'll probably take whatever Mage is a healer since health doesn't regen any more. Then I'll probably take Cassandra or the Warden(since I'll need a tank) and a melee rogue since I'll have 2 mages.
