So far my favourites are The Iron Bull and Solas.

I think the third one, if he ends up being a companion, will be the Moustache guy.

My least favourites are Cassandra and Varric, and it's not that I don't like them, it's just that my character will be a Sword & shield Warrior like Cassandra, and I used Varric a lot in DA II.


I must say that DA:I crew is shaping up to be ME2's level of awesomeness.

Ever since Varric's been revealed as companion for DA:I, its pretty obvious that I'll take that sexy dwarf everywhere^^ Did the same in DA2, I never could go anywhere without having Varric along *gg* 

 

So, obviously, Varric.       As for the others, dunno, I might have to decide alternatively, depending on the situation I'll most likely encounter...

Varric's a shoe-in. He's coming with me no matter what. I'm thinking that I'll play a mage, so I'll probably take Cassandra, unless Iron Bull or Bearded Grey Warden is totally awesome. The last person will probably be the person who's dropped whenever I need to bring someone specific on a quest, but will probably be Vivienne otherwise?

Vivienne is the only one I have decided on, so far. Varric probably too, since he can probably give some info about DA2 characters and Kirkwall. I am curious to know what happened after DA2.

Really hard for me to choose atm, but I usually create a party that is fairly balanced. Characters (confirmed or semi-confirmed) that seem the most interesting so far: Varric, Cassandra, Iron Bull, Sera, Cole, Dorian.

I really can't decide right now. I need to see who the last two are and what everyone's personality is like. Nobody has really stuck out so far to me as a definite favorite.

I like to stick to the D&D classic line up, sword & board, healer, dps, soooo, going with what we know so far, iff i'm playing an rogue i'll be rolling out with Cass, (unless Cullen's in, in which case it will be him) Varric and mage (don't know which yet, probably Vivienne). Iff I go with mage, i'll likely swap the mage out for Sera. Really depends on what the final line up is though, and what the character dynamics will be like, so, subject to change.

 

Apart from Varric. That dwarf is never leaving my side.

My warrior will prob take take Varric, " Sera", Vivienne and Solas.
My rogue would take out Iron bull or beardo and Cassandra. My favourite Mage companion and Varric or Sera.

My evil Mage will prob go for beardo, iron bull and the most evil rogue character.

My dalish will prob see a lot of sera and Solas in the party.

My good Mage will prob use everyone who plays to his strengths.

Since im going to play as a mage in this game like I did in the other two games. I will most likely do what I did in the previous games, and have 2 mages; As well as one rogue in my party at all times.

I generally try and mix it up so all of the companions get more or less equal time. With exceptions for unacceptable behavior; I fired Anders in my first DA2 run, for instance.

But since my first playthrough, as usual, will be a mage, I'm likely to have Cassandra a lot since I imagine tanking will be quite useful again. And probably a rogue since I hate missing out on stuff.

If the Bearded Warden and Iron Bull are confirmed, my ideal party is going to be those two, Varric, and mai female elf mage. It's actually a pretty solid party lineup if I do say so myself. Healer/Offensive magic user, 2h warrior, sword n' board, and a ranged rogue. One member of each race with a (hopefully) beautifully unattractive elf lady leading. Maybe I'm assuming too much but I sense good chemistry between Varric, the warden, and the Bull.
