I have to admit, I was extremely disappointed, to the point that I exited out of the tab where the trailer was streaming in the middle.

 

I really don't care if others don't care, I'm getting more and more sensitive to this stuff as time goes on, and it's ruining my enjoyment of video games.

 

Being a woman and gaming means you don't get catered to, and if your existence is even acknowledged, it's a bonus or a bone thrown to us.

 

E3 is just another daily reminder.

I hate that I am so "touchy" about this stuff, but was anyone else bothered by Leliana's torture being a selling point in this trailer?  I just...I don't even know anymore.  I don't play Witcher games for a reason.  I don't need that in Dragon Age.

It was pretty sad DA:I was literally the only game with some female characters, in between the sea of titles with nothing but white dudes.

Getting slightly better as the show goes on, but not by much.

Considering the off-screen pic of the demo they teased last week had Lady Inquisitor, it would just be sad if they showcased the same demo with the male counterpart today. Unfortunately, that's exactly what I expect will happen.

Is it wrong that when i heard the male inquisitors voice in the new trailer it instantly disappointed me? just so bored that the female hasn't really been seen in gameplay but the male gets yet another trailer

I seriously can't wait for it. Even though her voice sounded different. I really hope they'll still use Camila Luddington's in the end, loved her as Lara.

Also, I wouldn't be surprised if they did the same thing as with ME3 two years ago and released a dedicated Lady Inquisitor trailer, with all other material featuring the dude as the main face.

I will be supporting the heck out of Tomb Raider, but there was definitely nothing at the Xbox One conference that made me feel getting one of those was necessary.  Which is fine for my wallet, but yeah, I don't need that much Halo in my life, thanks.

I was disappointed by the lack of a female Inquisitor as well, though I still liked the trailer. They make a point to give all the females (sans Scribbles) some screentime, but not a LadyInquisitor? I'll withhold judgement until EA's press conference in hopes they debut her there
