I believe they were using Rasaan's outfit as a basis for theirs.
If my Lady Qunari could wear that outfit, I would definitely make that my first character

Yes, I rather thought Rasaan's outfit was a bit ridiculous in the comic, but rationalized it by saying to myself "Well, it's clearly very hot where they are, and Rasaan's a Tamassran, so she's not really supposed to fight. The completely pointless armor bits are probably more like fashion taste than anything else..."

All he's missing is a top. His clothing isn't nearly completely off save some shoulder pads and arm guards (and really what's the point at that point) and barely covering his pelvic area.
Her armor starts almost RIGHT where her vag should. It looks so utterly ridiculous. IB meanwhile has a sash covering most of his middle area.

Yes, but his shoulder piece doesn't appear to be armor, just some padding for when he shoulders in or charges, also he isn't posed in a sexualized manner, his manly bits are covered up, he's just topless.

I like how I post that image asking if that's what people who wanted female Qunari more muscular meant, and people completely ignore that and talk about the attire instead.

This might be kind of an unpopular opinion on this thread but I wouldn't mind having female PCs with bigger busts though I wouldn't mind a body slider either. The reason I bring up bust though is just because I'd like to make a larger chested woman that isn't being dressed in sexy armor it would be nice to see someone with a bust similar to myself who isn't being portrayed as sexy or eye candy and can wear armor just like the other people. Though I highly doubt we'll get a body slider of any kind in the CC.

I'd like a large stature, but I don't plan on dressing my female qunari that scantily, so a high level of muscle definition isn't necessary.

To be fair it's hard to notice her muscles with that bright yellow distracting me << its just so bright like kraft cheese.

Sasha- if you're asking if we want our Qunquisitors to look like that in regards to body type... well, I'm not sure. I can't really get over the fact that she's pretty much exactly what we're all complaining about when we talk about the oversexualization of women in video games and comics

Yeah...I don't mind if this is an option for people that want it, but I am SO glad this isn't the default for female Qunari 
Even the girls in (Game Which Must Not Be Named Or Argued Over) wear more clothing and are less sexualized than that. The DA team is definitely better than that. The ME team would probably do it for a female NPC (Miranda, Samara, EDI, Ashley remake, Benezia, etc...) but not force it on the player.

I don't have an issue with the way she is dressed per sae (but that isn't the way I want to dress my version of the inquisitor), but the way both her and Cassandra are standing.
My torso is going into a spasm just looking at it.
@Sasha, the abs are fine I'd want to see the arms aren't stickish.
Plus, if I had boobs like that I'd want more support than a couple of strips of cloth. You can't tell me that running wouldn't be painful, unless of course qunari boobs are actually made of muscle...

I didn't say that- I simply stated that I don't think his attire is oversexualized or offensive- just imprudent. I think anyone planning on melee combat who doesn't take basic precautions- like guarding against superficial cuts which can distract you during combat, cause a lack of focus and other issues due to sudden (if mild) blood loss, and can end up leading to less superficial wounds- is sacrificing rather a lot for vanity. I personally think IB's design kinda falls into the half-naked-barbarian-berserker trope, to be perfectly honest, but I thought that about most of the Qunari in DA2. I mean, why did Arvaraad wear a helmet? He didn't even have a shirt! Surely any competent opponent would just aim for the heart, ribs, or guts? All a helmet could really do is impair vision. However, its not my game, and DA2 set the precedent for scantily clad Qunari warriors, so the most I'm really looking for is a lack of overt sexualization for no other reason than to be eye candy. I think the female Vashoth in the fanart is sexualized for no real reason other than to be sex-ah- and so I pointed it out.
