Except we've heard the male inquisitor, at least the voice we've had at PAX and the Discover DA video.

 

If we're still gonna have anonquisitor, how about the fem voice when its ready and able?

 

Anyway, when they show off the Inquisitor, I'd like if they showed off multiple options. Like an example of all of them.

 

You know how it goes in trailers sometimes. Showing each option for a little while, so fans can pause and ogle.

And have the voices interspersed through a speech of some sort

out of my 9 fsheps most romance Garrus, I have exactly one for Thane, one single, and two that romanced Kaiden in ME because, " he was there," then immeditly went for Garrus cuz they always wanted him. For my only male shep its Tali all the way!

I usually romanced Liara or Kaidan, i would have liked Traynor better if she wasn't used so much as a tease for straight males

I usually romanced Liara or Sam Traynor as femshep of course. I would have liked Traynor to have had more screen time and to be able to meet her on the citadel as you could with every other LI though I didn't think of her so much as a tease for straight males because Cortez existed, but if he hadn't then I might have felt that more I think. If she'd had more dialogue and been on the citadel as well do you think that would have made her less of a tease for straight males?

I'm not sure about tease, but I would have liked if Traynor had as many scenes as Steve did.

I romanced Kaidan each time because... well honestly he was the only option for me personally, and I'm also eternally trying to get over Alistair...

 

I've said this many times before, but I really hope fem Inquisitor will be able to have a really strong friendship with someone, one that can rival a romance in the emotional and "fun" factors. 

 

I'd love to see a trailer of the female Inquisitor interacting in some way with a couple of the companions. A trailer that showcases the relationships you can have. Maybe Sera and rogue Inquisitor sneaking mischievously past some guards, mage Inquisitor enjoying some pints with Dorian, that kind of thing, maybe all of them talking around a campfire...

I have high hopes for good friendships in this game!  David Gaider has said before that he likes giving people a chance to get as close through friendship to a character as they would through romance.

 

I hope this means good relationships with the female companions.  I remember some concern earlier about Cas and Viv not getting along since they seemed like the sort to fit the "catty women" trope, but I'm glad this won't be the case.

Hehe this is unrelated to the current discussion, but I just read someone in another thread complain about all these threads everywhere about us wanting to see the female Inquisitor.

I never considered Traynor a tease. She didnt come off as one to me. Then again, I do play female characters in games along with males. Steve did have shuttle appearances where Traynor just staid on ship.

I see talk about chantry talk and religion stuff as complaints for Viv and Cass. I find it amusing to say the least.

It's like those people who complain that the forums are nothing but romance threads, when most days you can go to Scuttlebut and not see any, with maybe one or two in Feedback & Suggestions. There is a lot of romance chatter in Story & Characters, but it's not like people don't talk about other stuff as well.

 

But I guess if you hate something you see it everywhere?

but Sam did get a scene. The tournament on the promenade with Shep then a visit to the apartment with hot tub scene. Plus she was at the party. So not sure what your referring to.

Not in the main game she didn't. That's what I'm referring to. My post said I had to pay $15(Citadel dlc) for her to leave the ship.

I feel like I'm missing something here. What is wrong about telling someone they look pretty when they smile? I'm going to go out on a leg and guess it is something random creeps tell girls who want them to ***** off based on context.

It's just genuinely something we hear all the time from everyone in our lives. "You should smile more! you're so pretty when you smile!"

 

Which the sentence in and of itself isn't necessarily a bad thing to say..  It's not the same thing as saying "Oh wow you have a really nice smile!", it's saying "You're ONLY pretty when you smile, and obviously that's a thing you should want to be right?"

 

Contextually it's a thing you say to girls and women, but is nearly never uttered at men. While sure, being handsome is a plus for boys and men, being pretty is a thing girls and women should always strive to be. And that's all kinds of messed up
