Have any of you seen this yet?

http://www.dragonage...n_US/inquisitor

You can choose at the bottom whether you see the male Inquisitor or the female Inquisitor. c:

Wow this is cool  B) (I had to follow the link though because the aus version of the website wasn't working for me, all I have there is writing and no pics as yet  :(

...Okay, I have to say it.

Spoiler

Did they make the qunari female taller than the male?

I really hope so!

Yeah I had the one dwarf problem too.  As likely my first race it made me a sad puppy :(

Some of the other race/class/genders have missing pics atm too though there are really only two classes for the dwarf and no rogues so

I do like that for the elves we have a male duel wield rogue and female archer rogue and they're reversed for the humans though. Hmmn actually just noticed that the qunari are like the elves and have the male as board and sword warriors while the females are two handed... starting to look like elves and qunari are going to have genders taking the opposite weapon types to humans and dwarves... very interesting!  :D

It looks like they might still be adding pictures though some of them come up with the silvery background then nothing atm so watch that space  ;)

LADY DWAAAAAARF!!! I wish we could get a better look at her; that helmet is the bane of my life. Still, there she is! And Mafia Princess Cadash is everything I wanted but didn't dare to expect.

(I woke up today after only three hours sleep, annoyed that I seemed to be wide awake and couldn't just roll over and doze off again. I must have subconsciously known that there was juicy new info up.)

I'm kind of torn on the mafia princess thing myself.  I mean is fine for rogue but doesn't fit what I think I like it as much for warrior.  I don't usually think of my warriors that way and I intend to play one eventually.

The dwarf backstory is cool but it doesn't really fit my dwarfs really but eh I can deal and re head canon will be hardest for my lady rogue though but I'll manage. Also going to tweak my qunari a little bit as well but its nice to see see the backstories I just wished there was better pictures of the races I want to see their faces.

I want to see a better look of the faces as well, but not just the faces, the bodies also.  Something less bulky and covering.  I want to know what I have to work with when I start my outfit questing.

Same. I'd like to see the body types as well especially for female dwarfs and male qunari since I've got one of each that tend to dress up a bit more if possible. Really hoping for some nice out of combat outfits I can put on them around the keep.

It'd be interesting consider all previous images, whether in concept art or the comics, have the females be shorter. Maybe she is just an extra tall one.

I'm lucky - mafia princess is what I was already headcanoning! Planning for my lady Cadash to be enthusiastic about the family business, at least to begin with. (Whereas her alternative universe male counterpart will be happy the Inquisition finally gives him an excuse to get out.)

Does it really matter? Male? Female? they kill enough people you'll have a Fangasm sooner or later as well.

I love a girl who knows her stuff.  Education for the win!!!!

May I conclude that you think that, from the set of women, the subset of women who know their stuff is small enough that it is necessary to mentioned that trait :o :o :o?

You mat conclude whatever you want is your prerogative, however it does not make it right, you don't know me.

The only difference between a few and all other women knowing their stuff would be more women I love.  Complimenting a trait is not insinuating others do not have that trait.  If it were that would really suck, could rarely receive or give compliments walking on those kinds of eggshells... o.o

This all said I'm pretty sure you were joking, and going to conclude such, so ultimately my real response is: :P :P :P

The qunari's fingers look weirdly white compared to their heads, kinda reminds me of the DA2 gloves that gave dark skinned Hawkes white hands

In general I don't think much of the majority of men and women. I don't consider most people to be capable beings but rather beings that are 'not unable' at certain things. So for me the group of people that are mention worthy for their skills or virtues or ... is pretty small. Now, I had the impression that you don't think like that at all, and that is why I found your statement intriguing. If I would hold people in a higher regard I would never say anything like that in the same way I would never say "I love a girl who has two eyes" or "It is refreshing to see a man with a noise". Anyways, happy to see that you didn't meant it that way ;).

Yes because I think it is odd to say something like that.

May I conclude that the concept of a compliment is simply alien to you, then?

Nuggins linked a scientific article with proper citations and everything, how often does that happen? Normally people link YouTube videos complaining about Tumblr. The girl part was needed to complete the sentence.

I thought the remark was fine, especially as they are both ladies. Not saying opposites cant, still fine to me, a good compliment.

I have no issue with Hawke or Quizzy's walk or run. The only animation that I thought a bit crap was Sheps derp run animation in ME2 (both genders from memory but looked a bit exaggerated on femShep because she was a bit smaller overall)

She runs like a girl, which wouldn't be an issue if performance wasn't a factor.

In my opinion, for something to be compliment worthy it should (1) contrast to the vast majority of the relevant group AND (2) it should also be (exceptional) praiseworthy on its own.

But now I have realized that none of you see it that way. You are rather 'OR' people. PuppyLove doesn't necessary require condition (1) and hence implies nothing about other people. In this case you largely dismiss condition (2).

compliment is an expression of praise, commendation or admiration

a formal act or expression of civility, respect or regard

What Puppylove did was exact meaning of what compliment is to Nuggins, shall we move on from that now? As I plan to ignore anymore of it, and needs to stop as it doesn't fit into this thread.

I consider the females walk possibly due to armor she maybe wearing, I don't know. Honestly I didn't watch her walk, I was looking at everything else around her. :)
