No no . If you played DA2 , when she show up she burned Darkspawn . And that is what she was holding , not a mabari . I just call them Barkspawn because I think it is funny . That , and I had a different name for my Mabari in both DAO and DA2 . Loved calling my Mabari 'Fade' when I'm a mage

Thanks for the links I'll go over them. I liked the Trung Sisters I still think their story or any one of their many female generals could make a great base for the characterization of a AC fem lead. Like they did with Ezio it made him better then the other male leads.

Just wanted to say a quick little boasting thing about the bolded real quickly. My grandmother worked as a cop for around 15 years and one of mine favorite cop stories she has told me was when she had to arrest and bring in three men into the station. She was by herself and the men were quite larger than her she brought them in on her own just fine after one elbowed her and she  was still able to take them down and bring all of them in tied to one another because she didn't have enough cuffs for all of them. Yes she had special training that those men probably didn't and I"m sure the same will be with our Inquisitor. They are well trained they are exceptional among others in battle just like most if not all main characters in games. 

 

I apologize I just love sharing that story of how my grandmother restrained and brought in three larger guys by herself (I'll stop boasting now)

Sooo...mount . Which one you gonna use ? and on whome ? I only hear about a Nug mount , saw the horse mount and my friend Shinie tell me about some Bog Unicorn . Oh and a Halla !

I plan on role playing it  So the Bog Unicorn -Qunari necro like Mage . Horse for Human  , Halla for Elf , Nug for Dwarf XD

 

and yes , I do plan to see if I can make baby nugs

A friend of mine cosplayed Flemeth at Dragoncon this year, I've yet to see her pics of her in the costume but I've seen bits and pieces of the costume itself and it was pretty amazing (including the head piece)

I was really unimpressed by the horse in the gameplay vids we've seen. It looks like Epona. I was really hoping for a better looking one, like in Red Dead Redemption.

 

Funny it also sort of looks like a horse mount seen in a TW3 gameplay video. I dunno what it is with this trend of cartoony-looking horses.

not sure on the bog, I think that was just in the game normal...  is too weird for me though... an undead horse with a sword through it's skull... no thanks

Makes me think of D&D games I've been in where the DM is thinking while we're travelling.  I'm infamous for saying "AAAAnd weeeee'rrrre waaalkiiiiing!!!"

But kidding aside , I was never one fond of Mount . In some MMO like Swtor online , YOU MUST have a speeder (thats a mount) , cose its very far away and such . But other then that , I do favor walking around . For the simple pleasure of 'feeling' how you walk...and...um...seeing everything and just I dunno...just feel fun y'know .

I prefer walking myself.  Another part of why I hate heavy armors.  You don't wear those armors while exploring.  It's impractical

I think heavy armor is too unisex and ugly.  Plus the concept of people walking all over the countryside for days on end, running around in it, and apparently sleeping in it if ambushes tell us anything, is completely ludicrous

 

Now I think heavy armor has potential if we move away from unisex and don't fall into the trap of feminine meaning half naked.  Origins made some really ugly light armor using that line of thinking. 

 

Edit: Oh and I fully appreciate heavy armor, it is the single reason a European knight would butcher a samurai.  Simply put the Samurai's weapons are not built to deal with Fullplate.  Meanwhile the knights mace and sword would work just fine against a samurai's armor.
