If my female is stuck with a bulge down there, I will end up returning the game and writing in complaints.  Such a thing will seriously bother me to no end, and really make me uncomfortable playing my character. 

If there is a bulge when the game releases, you can expect the next batch of cupcakes to be fat-free BioWare!

 

Bioware and Bethesda ruined other games for me too lol. KoA is pretty lonely. I loved how vibrant everything was but the rest seemed kinda empty

I feel the same, I loved the lore and the creative environments and all the detail but it just felt empty and dead. There was no one to care about, and therefore no real motivation, no camaraderie, etc...I never ended up finishing it.

 

I think heavy armor is too unisex and ugly.  Plus the concept of people walking all over the countryside for days on end, running around in it, and apparently sleeping in it if ambushes tell us anything, is completely ludicrous

 

Now I think heavy armor has potential if we move away from unisex and don't fall into the trap of feminine meaning half naked.  Origins made some really ugly light armor using that line of thinking. 

 

Edit: Oh and I fully appreciate heavy armor, it is the single reason a European knight would butcher a samurai.  Simply put the Samurai's weapons are not built to deal with Fullplate.  Meanwhile the knights mace and sword would work just fine against a samurai's armor.

In Skyrim I have normal clothes hotkeyed on my characters (both genders) and I wear that while traveling or exploring or in a town and switch to the armor for combat

 

So out of curiosity - will anyone roll a male Inquisitor at some point? I know I definitely will - if I can make him pretty, that is. 

Yes! I always play a mix of male and female characters with different races, classes,  personalities and motivations.

Dunno . Really can't say until the game is in my hand . In Mass Effect , the male voice of Shep is what become a wall . So I was never able to get over it . Only time will tell . @Mes : you too (and everyone in here for that matter) Lol You are all hereby invited to post your Inqusiitor Pictures . be it a male or a female ! So we can have a looksie !

I really can't wait. It'll be interesting to see how many BSN-ers choose to create a woman in their first go.

Didn't plan on spamming this thread with pics , no matter how smexy they are  It was just a head up for those who come to comment here . And hopefully , you will join us as well right ?

I might, but often as not I don't because uploading images to a hosting site is kind of a hassle... and then you have limited bandwidth so people can't see them anyway.

 

I'm hopeful that there will be some way to share them via BSN profiles, like there was in the past.

I have a female qunari mage first, a female human or elf rogue second, third one maybe a female dwarf warrior...

 

I will be romancing Josie, Sera, and Vivienne first before I roll a male for Cassie... so I have 3 play throughs to go thru first before I get the male going. Then another for Iron Bull, maybe another female qunari by then. 

 

So far, 4 females, one male planned.  I stlll havent done a male Hawke.. I ended up going with female instead, again. *shrugs*  I like femHawke more. I will make a male for Cassie for sure .... but that is the last of the females to go with.  3rd if Vivienne doesnt happen to balance m/f number of LIs.

 

 

 

Destiny will be a female as well by the way.     Sunset Overdrive as well.

Give me a break. You do understand TW2 made unapologetic empowered females and all you guys did was ****** about it? And then TR came about, and all everyone did is complain about rape, when the FEMALE writer had thought this through?  

 

After listening to you chastise games media for labeling gamers and stereotyping them, I just want to point out that you're doing the exact same thing here.

 

At this point, it might be more productive to analyze why people tend to do this, rather than simply get upset/defensive when they do.

 

(for the record, I don't get mad at articles that chastise "gamers" because I know they're not talking about me)

Interesting! I preferred male Hawke because he was just so dang FUNNY. I'm probably subconsciously going to be comparing the male Inquisitor to him.

 

I wonder how many of us will go for pretty and dainty female Inquisitors, and how many will go the other route. Too bad there won't be body sliders available in the CC - then we would really have an interesting look into people's preferences.

I tend towards a girl who's got some weight on her, breasts of a C or maybe D cup, and a shapely figure.

 

I do not like too thin and boney, and smaller cup sizes aren't really for me.  The dwarves are much closer to my preference than elves for example.

I know  That is how it went with Mass effect . Everyone looked weird , and bizzare . And I kept saying 'what? Im not smooching That or THAT!' . Next thing you know...I'm going Gaga over The Justicar and building a shrine for her

You know what gonna save you Puppy Love ? Mods . Once this game came out (and regadless of the engines) , peoples will try to mod it . So maybe , you could make a request for dress then . I know it is not perfect as solution , but heck..it is better then being sad right ?

I wish I could use mods.  Stuck on PS3.

 

Dyes might help though, assuming there's trim dyes, and not just dying the large sections only.  Then I could add some femininity to armor by throw some feminine colors onto the trim.  Much like the armor I just splashed together real quick using soul calibur 5 up in the armor thread.

 

Shouldn't be too "impractical" and is still definitely feminine.  So is the hair.

I'm thinking of trying the same with my first ever gay male play through at some point.  Though not sure I actually like the gay male romance character to be honest.

I plan on doing at least one playthrough as a male Inquisitor and romance Cassandra. I will probably have him like I do the few malesheps I've played and that is to be a nice guy.

 

Most of my femsheps are brutal and ruthless. I know my main femquisitor will be pure evil

 

Sooo...mount . Which one you gonna use ? and on whome ? I only hear about a Nug mount , saw the horse mount and my friend Shinie tell me about some Bog Unicorn . Oh and a Halla !

I plan on role playing it  So the Bog Unicorn -Qunari necro like Mage . Horse for Human  , Halla for Elf , Nug for Dwarf XD

 

and yes , I do plan to see if I can make baby nugs 

I will have my human femquisitor ride a horse and if I were able to give the horse a name, it would be Abaddon.

 

I'm sure I will ride all mounts available in the game. Looking forward to doing that.
